Ruck Protective Grilles

The protective grilles for filter boxes are used in conjunction with the filter boxes for Ruck box fans. These filter boxes are applied to remove dust and small debris from the airflow to the box fan. With a protective grille, you also ensure that larger debris, which can have a greater impact on the box fan, is filtered out of the airflow. The protective grille should be cleaned periodically to ensure that the box fan can continue to ventilate efficiently.

Benefits of Protective Grilles for Filter Boxes

Durable Material: Since the protective grille is made of galvanized steel, it is very sturdy and does not rust; thus, it lasts a long time!
Improved Performance: By protecting the fan from (large) debris, it remains cleaner and intact for a longer period. This improves the operation of the box fan!
Longer Lifespan: By protecting the box fan from larger debris, it is less likely to break down. This way, you can use your box fan for a longer time. Moreover, this significantly contributes to the safety of the system.

Connection and Installation

The protective grille is installed before the filter box. This way, large debris is captured early in the system, preventing coarse debris from entering the fine filters of the filter box and clogging them. The protective grille is easily mounted to the filter box with the included screws.
